Video Mapping for Artcurial's 20th Anniversary: A Luminous Celebration at Artcurial International Contemporary Art Fair
At the Foire Internationale d’Art Contemporain, held from October 20 to 23, 2022, we were honored to accompany Artcurial in celebrating its 20th anniversary. To mark this memorable event, we designed and produced a spectacular video mapping on the emblematic façade of their building.
The concept was bold: to redesign the architectural contours of their building while highlighting their most iconic sales over the years. But that wasn’t all. To add a touch of originality and interaction, a 3D auctioneer, animated in Chinese shadow, orchestrated the show. With each stroke of his mallet, a work of art appeared or disappeared, creating a captivating dynamic and visual narrative that recountedArtcurial‘s history and successes.
To successfully complete this large-scale project, we worked closely with GL events audiovisual, one of our most trusted technical service providers. Their expertise and know-how were essential to guaranteeing a high-quality projection. Every detail, every nuance of color and every animation was rendered with impeccable fidelity.
This achievement was not just a technical demonstration. It was also a celebration of art, culture and two decades of success for Artcurial.
By transforming their façade into a living canvas, we offered visitors and passers-by an immersive experience, inviting them to plunge into the world of Artcurial and relive its most memorable moments.
