Our latest interviews

Video interviewing may seem straightforward for a video production agency, but it’s a complex business to master.

At bluevista, we’ve been conducting interviews since the agency was founded in 2004. Beyond simply knowing how to film, there are a few rules to bear in mind.

First, the person in charge of asking questions and leading the debate. For an interview to be dynamic, and for the viewer to remain glued to what is being said, there needs to be a real connection between the journalist and the interviewee.

Then there’s the look on the person’s face. Is he looking straight at the camera or at a journalist? The intention given to the video will be very different.

All too often forgotten, sound quality is also essential. It’s not enough just to put a tie microphone on the person, it also has to be well placed and a “spare” microphone available in case of rubbing.

Finally, of course, the quality of the lighting, the image and the placement of the cameras must also be taken into account. It’s what the viewer will see and judge the professionalism of the words.

Our video production agency masters all these aspects and uses the latest technologies (4K cameras, LED lighting, HF tie microphones) as well as directors and technicians who are experts in their fields to produce high-quality video interviews.
